In order for your certifications to be publicly visible, your ICAgile profile must be set to public view. Log into ICAgile.com and verify that your profile’s privacy setting is not set to “Make my profile private.” Next, check your Welcome page to see if you have any outstanding class surveys. If you still have trouble making your certifications visible, contact support@icagile.com for assistance.

Many organizations look for professionals who hold ICAgile certifications during the hiring process. We recommend that you search for individuals who list ICAgile certifications on their LinkedIn profiles. Of note, many organizations seek professionals with the ICAgile Certified Expert designation because it is recognized and respected by Agile thought leaders as an endorsement of genuine competence. It is only awarded to professionals who demonstrate competence real-time in front of an expert panel.

Organizations can also work with an ICAgile Member Organization or become and ICAgile Member Organization to provide ICAgile-accredited courses to their professionals.

If you have taken more than one ICAgile-accredited class, your training provider(s) may have provided different email addresses when submitting your information for certification. Please contact support@icagile.com and an ICAgile representative will be happy to assist. To avoid having duplicate accounts in the future, we encourage you to list any alternate email addresses in your profile settings.

If you are able to locate a prospective employee’s record by searching above, the listed credential(s) are valid and current. If no search result is returned, please contact info@icagile.com to verify their credentials. Their profile might be set to private and therefore not visible in the search results.
